Oh hello there

My it's been awhile. Keeping this thing up as it always seems to connect me with other old classmates people who also had Kroeller as a teacher, including the man himself. This is more of an update to point you in the right direction if you want to stay tuned with my personal life:

http://alfie.vox.com/ - This is my current blog. I might return to Blogger, but at the moment Vox is a better service.

Anyway, in the meantime just remember that wherever you go...there you are.

Somewhere Between Ferris Bueller and Buckaroo Bonzai is my Biography

It's nice to see Star Trek TNG on G4 for some reason. It's a very comforting show to watch, but I think that's just the nostalgia. I still prefer the original show, but TNG is definitely the best of the later ones. Okay DS9 was pretty good too.

Scott Kurtz of PVP fame is doing some mighty funny cartoons these days. Surprisingly these cartoons are free and feature quality humor, while others charge for similar services.

Anyway, one of my resolutions this year was to listen to more positive music this year. 80s pop music fills this need excellently. Just lets me kick back.

Maybe my head is full of DISHES

I still think about this thing. I just can't think of things to post about. My life is pretty dull.
I'm still searching my long lost English teacher, Scott Kroeller. I just want to see what's up with him. I believe in one of my old yearbooks I have one of his email addresses. I guess I'll try there first.
Still unsure about direction of life. I figure I'll do something Political Science and History related. I may do this after taking a short break from school. I'm very burned out lately and the means by which I unwind are increasingly few and far between. Hang out periods are extremely limited and the number of people I actually enjoy hanging out with is a very small number.
I'm heavily considering moving. The year-round agricultural nature of Ventura is KILLING me with allergies. I started taking Allegra today. Works much better than Claritin, but I still feel some of the allegery symptoms (itchy eyes, itchy throat).
Oh well. My body don't work so good.

A.H.S.

This picture is about alot. And I think it's a little difficult to get the message I made with it in mind. Oh well. I looks like there are alot of dead people in the picture. That's not true, just alot of skulls and zombies.

Having interest in the other people is an interesting predicament that we humans are in. There's one person now who I think I could date. At the same time, there are things that would make this relationship difficult and in reality I'm not sure if I could handle a healthy relationship easily (that is to say, I don't have much time). And then of course there is the big question of "Does this person like me back?" I have to say, all my other relationships pretty much started with me stumbling into them unexpectedly. And also I've only had one serious relationship and a handful of flings along the way. So I'm hardly the expert in these situations.

Oh well. If there is anything I've learned from those GREAT I Kissed Dating Goodbye videos/books/tea towells is that I should not fall into LUST but into LOVE. Clearly, a mind altering revelation. My whole life is now shaped around this whimsical, yet witty, credo.
Yeah I was being sarcastic. I hate that stuff.

He Stays In Picture

Image Hosted by ImageShack.us

Working on a film is always more fun with friends.
The trailer for this one is already out. The film isn't done, but we know where it's going so we can release some spoilers. As usual, it won't be anything stunning, but I plan to include cool things whenever I can. I don't want to sacrifice humor for cool things. Anyway, Jeff is the hero this time around. In the video, he attacks me while I'm cooking and Symon while he's "jew"ing. This is of course, a nod to my cooking video and the imfamous LAN PARTY movie we made some years back.

You have to be on the ground to see the whole sky

I'm sure I had something incredibly witty and insightful when I set out to update this 3 hours ago. That's all gone now though.
